How it works

We like to provide a full service for our clients where we act as a member of your team. For a lot of clients that means us doing everything from the bookkeeping to your taxes.

First we’ll get to know you. We’ll have a discussion about your business goals, and put together a detailed service plan and proposal for you.

Whether it’s keeping HMRC happy, or putting together a 12-month forecast to wow some investors, we’ve got you covered.

The Experts

We’re tech experts having worked with some of the big accounting software providers in the industry including Dext, Wise & Xero. We’ll make sure that we recommend the right tools for your business to make it as easy and efficient as possible.

No surprises

We use fixed fees for all work. You’ll know exactly where you stand and never have to worry about receiving an invoice from us unexpectedly. You will never be charged for asking a question, that is what we’re here for!

We charge a fixed monthly fee for our services; from £150 + VAT per month for limited companies or Just £300 + VAT a year for sole traders who just want a self assessment filing.

We do that too! Don’t spend your Christmas worrying about the January deadline — the earlier you get in touch, the sooner you can understand your tax liability and plan ahead for next year.

Our fees are fixed at £300 + VAT for completing self-assessment tax returns.

  • Super easy! We’ll get in touch with your current accountant to handover your existing records. We recommend switching accountants at the start of your financial year.

  • We work with anyone who fits our values including creating a respectful, working relationship fueled by great communication.

  • Yes! We’d love to work with you — no matter if it’s day 1 of your side hustle or year 10 of your company.

  • We always have someone working Monday - Friday who can handle any queries, filings or anything else that might crop up.

  • We’ve worked with all the major accountancy softwares, and can confidently say that Xero is my tool of choice. It’s flexible, transparent, and works well with a suite of apps that compliment its functionality.
